The House is seeking participation by organizations actively concerned with issues of sustainability, both in the products it produces, in the production processes, and in the organization's cultural commitment to sustainability.
The expo registration form must be completed and returned no later than Friday, March 19, 2010.
It is very important that you provide complete product descriptions and serial numbers for all equipment you will have on display. Also, all vendors MUST set up on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. If not, your space could be forfeited. If you have any questions, your expo representatives are:

Vendors are permitted to hand-out items with a De Minimus value and are required to bring their own promotional /graphic signs. Vendors must remove their equipment at the conclusion of the fair, April 15, 2010. We will not be responsible for items shipped unattended. A Property Pass will be provided to remove equipment from the House Complex; please have serial numbers present. Vendors must indicate if displaying wireless only products. Due to the number of participants, early registration is encouraged.
All Vendors are required to set up on April 14, 2010. If not, your space maybe forfeited.
