Freelance event services geared towards sustainable and socially responsible events.

What we're doing now to be sustainable:
Limiting the use of disposables at events. Discouraging bottle waters, and replacing this with pitchers of water and glasses instead. Encouraging minimal printing and if need using only environmentally friendly printing processes such as non-glossy, recycled paper using soy-based inks. Giving organic caterers, organic wine distributors and other like-minded companies preference when suggesting vendors to clients. Reusing materials from past events. Limiting distance between venues to encourage walking rather than costly and emissions inducing vehicles.

What we'd like to do to become more sustainable in the future:
Use only reusable dishware. Remove ALL disposables from events. Consider having all clients comfortable with purchasing carbon offsets for event aspects that can't be greened. Catering using ONLY locally grown produce. Limiting meals to vegetarian only, or free-range meats. Getting everyone excited about saving the planet one fabulous event at a time!
