In addition to making a commitment to becoming a carbon neutral company we also are actively engaged in finding sustainable service providers and sources of goods and materials. What we'd like to do to become more sustainable in the future:
Ecofusion is a communications and media company that does more than talk the talk. We also walk the same walk that defines our clients work. We believe that achieving sustainable and healthy communities depends on everyone working toward the same goal. Our clients should have a service provider who also understands the ins and outs of building a sustainable business and organization; we do that best by being one. We are committed to clients who want to make a difference. The “eco” in Ecofusion does not limit our practice to environmental sector clients. Whether it be with products, programs, or policies, we gauge potential clients by their ability to make sustainability and quality of life a reality for all people. Our commitment to working with sustainability and social enterprise is more than just a business decision. The principals of Ecofusion have been working alongside many others in these two sectors for the last 10 years, and we intend to continue to focus on companies that are committed to making a difference. At the same time, we welcome interest from those who would like to take a first step in that direction. In the future, we will purchase more carbon offsets. Within our office space, we are working on reducing electricity usage by installing a variety of energy savings and cost cutting measures including a reflective roof paint to reduce heat, sun shades in windows, whole house fan for circulation, light usage reduction and other internal measures to keep Ecofusion as green as possible.
